Time To Pet has created new features that make adding and managing pet vaccination records even easier.
As business starts to return to normal for many pet care providers, it is more important than ever to accurately manage vaccinations for the pets you care for. Time To Pet is very excited to announce a couple of significant upgrades to vaccinations-related features across our platform.
First up is the ability for your pet parent clients to now upload vaccination records directly to a pet’s profile from the Client App or the Client Portal. When enabled, your pet parent clients will see a new “Vaccinations” tab on their pet profiles. From here, they can view all of their pet’s vaccines.
As shown in the image below, we've also made it easy for pet parents to upload new vaccine records when previous records are no longer up to date.
Back in the dashboard, Time To Pet will notify you of new vaccine records that have been uploaded. You can review the document and approve the vaccine in the Approvals section or directly on the client’s profile page.
Next up is a handy new tool to prevent your clients from submitting new schedule requests if their pets are past due on their vaccinations. After enabling this setting, your pet parents will see a notice in their account when attempting to request services.
